If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, Please fill in all the information on the returns form and return it with your item, failure to do so may delay the process. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning unwanted item will be at your own cost.
*Note: Please be aware that items can only be returned for an exchange or refund if they are unused and in all their original packaging and have all of the labels and barcode tags attached and intact, don’t remove them if you’re thinking of returning them, If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your exchange or refund request.
Return Exclusions (these items cannot be returned)
There are certain items which are non-returnable, for exchange or refund.
- Packs of socks that have been split.
- All Face Masks and Coverings are non-returnable due to our health and hygiene policy. Please make sure you purchase the correct size.
- Packs of gloves that have been split.
- Any socks or base layers that have been worn and are not in the original packaging.
- All underwear is non-returnable due to our health and hygiene policy. Please make sure you purchase the correct size.
- Any device where the Warranty has been registered or additional software has been downloaded.
- Blister packs that have been opened.
- We are not obliged to accept returns of gift cards, books, unsealed audio or video recordings (DVD’s) and fresh/freezer bait.

If however your order has already been processed and despatched you will need to return the order to us, to do this please print off the returns forms, The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning unwanted item will be at your own cost.
Warranty is up to a period of 12 months some products may vary. If the goods become faulty through defective material, or poor workmanship, but not normal wear and tear, they should be returned for our inspection. In the event of faulty goods needing to be returned, you must ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and that they are accompanied by our returns form .
We reserve the right to return any faulty goods to the manufacturer before exchanging or refunding where necessary.
If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be that of the product, We reserve the right not to issue an exchange or refund
Please note, we are entirely in the hands of the manufacturer when it comes to warranty terms and conditions. We will always work as hard as we can to ensure that the outcome is the one that you, as our customer, is entirely satisfied with.
You should allow approximately 10 – 14 working days for the entire returns/repair/replacement procedure to be completed.

If faulty clothing or footwear is being returned, please ensure that they have been cleaned of excess mud first – for Health & Safety reasons we are unable to process dirty products. The cost of returning faulty goods is not covered under warranty and must be met by yourself. We will of course send out any repaired / replaced goods free of any carriage charge.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Air Gun Returns
If you need to send an airgun to us for a service or repair you can do so via Parcel Force or TNT and we are able to send it directly back to you. Please remember to include a returns form.
